Dr. George Hanshaw founded Hanshaw's Horizon to help organizations turn learning into a performance advantage. With deep expertise in instructional design, organizational development, and the thoughtful application of AI, he partners with enterprise L&D leaders and mission-driven organizations to design learning strategies that work in the real world.
George's approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in learning science. He doesn't deliver one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, he works alongside leaders and teams to understand their challenges, identify the performance gaps that matter, and build solutions that stick.
Today, much of that work focuses on AI: how to adopt it responsibly, how to teach people to use it well, and how to design workflows where human judgment and AI capability complement each other.
